Library and Archives Canada releases two revised classification schedules
2013
- September 1, 2013
- Library and Archives Canada (LAC) implemented the cataloguing standard, Resource Description and Access (RDA), in 2013. Material received before the implementation of RDA may be described according to the former standard, Anglo-American Cataloguing Rules 2 (AACR2). Libraries are welcome to continue submitting AACR2 and RDA records to the National Union Catalogue in AMICUS.
