Contains copies of Canadian National Railway Company prospectuses, fiscal and underwriter agreements, closing memorandums, etc. for various CNR debenture and bond offerings (1976-1981).
Also included are documents concerning the sale of Terra Nova Telecommunications Incorporated to Newfoundland Telephone Co. Ltd. and Northwestel Inc. to B.E.C. Inc. (1988), briefing documents prepared for use by the President during Standing Committee on Transport and Royal Commission on Transportation hearings (1959-1989) and minute books for the Telecommunications Terminal Systems and Express Dorchester Inc.
