This accession consists of one binder from the Office of the President Donald Gordon, that contains original charts that track capital budgets and personnel studies over time. Topics covered for example, are CNR System Gross Capital Expenditures (1930-62), Annual Tie Renewals (1927-58), Miles of New rail Laid (1940-58), Derailments Caused by Broken Rails (1940-58), Labour Portion of Operating Expenses (1949-60), Frieght Train Costs (1949-60), Equipment Maintenance Costs, Revenue per Train Mile and Revenue per Ton Mile (1949-60), etc.

Textual records: There is some slight page adhesion due to the daterioration of the glue on the plastic high-light tapes that were used on the charts.
