Ottawa Public Library and the Association des auteures et auteurs de l’Ontario français, in partnership with Library and Archives Canada and La Nouvelle Scène, are pleased to announce the next session of la Croisée des mots [Where Words Meet], a series of monthly readings by Francophone Canadian authors that takes place during happy hour (5 à 7).

Come meet multidisciplinary poet Daniel Groleau Landry. His first collection of poems, Rêver au réel, was published in 2012 by Éditions L’Interligne and earned him the 2014 Trillium Award for French Poetry. The English translation, Dreaming Reality (by Howard Scott), came out in the summer of 2015.
In 2016, Daniel Groleau Landry released a new collection, Amorragies. This was followed two years later by Fragments de ciel, a finalist for the 2019 Ottawa Book Awards. Passionate about all forms of literature, Daniel Groleau Landry is also a musician, an organizer of unique cultural events, and a brilliant performer. He is currently an advisor to the board of directors of the Association des auteures et auteurs de l’Ontario français.
