    Biography/Administrative history:
    Hertz, Kenneth V., 1945-: Kenneth V. Hertz, poet and publisher, was born and raised in Montreal. His poems appeared in a number of Canadian periodicals and were broadcast on CBC radio throughout the 1960s. He is the author of a satirical history of Europe, Eurethrea. He co-founded the literary magazines Cataract, in 1960, and Ingluvin, in 1970, with poet Seymour Mayne. He was also involved with the publishing concern Ingluvin Publications.
