Reproduction Requests

Library and Archives Canada is pleased to announce the launch of its improved Order Form for Reproductions. In addition to offering a new layout, the form is now consistent with accessibility standards.
 

This form will be submitted electronically via a secure connection.

Include reference numbers or as many details as possible concerning the document(s) for which you are requesting a reproduction. You are required to complete a form for each document or your order will be returned to you.
