The architectural firms designing the Library and Archives Canada (LAC) and Ottawa Public Library (OPL) joint facility are seeking your comments, ideas and suggestions about the new building, which will open in the heart of the National Capital Region in 2024.

How will the LAC, OPL and common areas be laid out? How do you envision the outdoor spaces and their views of the surrounding landscapes? Come hear the architects' proposals and share your thoughts on these topics and others.

We are holding consultations on May 1 and 4. If you cannot attend, you can submit your thoughts and comments online beginning of May. Dates will be announced soon. To learn more, register for the consultations, subscribe to the newsfeed or participate in the online consultation, visit the project website at inspire555.ca.
