Library and Archives Canada and Ottawa Public Library joint facility: the successful bidder is announced

​The City of Ottawa announced today the name of the successful bidder: the architectural firm selected through the Request for Proposals process. It is the consortium of Diamond Schmitt Architects and KWC Architects, from Toronto and Ottawa, respectively.
