Library and Archives Canada is pleased to announce the release of its second video in a series showing what it means to acquire and preserve Canada’s documentary heritage and make it available to the public.

With the vast amounts of content to be discovered at Library and Archives Canada, this video takes a look at what is being done to develop a new approach to description and discovery—one that is faster, collaborative, integrated, and more client-focused.

The aim of our new approach is to describe, in plain terms, as much of our content as possible, and to provide easy online access to that content.
